Shipping Costs?
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated
with returning the item(s) for exchange. However, if the exchange is due to an
error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the
return shipping costs.
Exchange Option?
Exchanged items can be replaced with a different size, or
style of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. If the desired item is
unavailable, we may offer a credit note for future purchases.
Eligibility?
Exchanges are only applicable to products that are in their original
condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Any item that is
damaged, altered, or not in its original packaging may not be eligible for
exchange.
